2020 brings a new milestone for Blaise and Michele: 25 years working together to help their clients build wealth through real estate. Known for loyalty, integrity, professionalism and straight answers, their clients can rely on Blaise and Michele for long term real estate strategies which include both Real Estate Sales and Property Management Services.
Having been associated with both local and national companies, Blaise and Michele have earned numerous awards: Rookie of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, and Outstanding Sales, along with the Fine Homes designation. However, the Client Service awards and Aloha 'Aina Realtor Award are the most precious, as these awards are only given through their clients nominations for outstanding service in real estate.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Blaise was the operations supervisor for Theo Davies Marine Agencies. His responsibilities included working with U.S. Customs and Immigration while coordinating services for international shipping companies. Working with the shipping industry gave him the foundation for the organizational, technical, and people skills needed in real estate contract negotiations. Blaise also has experience in the construction and remodeling industry, which offers a unique perspective to his clients' evaluation of property.
Michele's previous 10 years of sales and marketing with nationally recognized companies such as Polaroid and Minolta give the team an advantage in formulating customized, strategic marketing plans for their client's properties. Market trend and individual property analysis, as well as identifying and targeting potential buyers gives Sellers an edge in the everchanging real estate market.
Committed to their Clients and the Real Estate Profession, Blaise and Michele both work full time in Real Estate. They are partners in business, and in life. Having raised their son in Manoa, they enjoy volunteering at Iolani School, University of Hawaii, Manoa community, as well as other charity events.
