About Me

Kim Shimonishi was born and raised on Oahu, and has dedicated both her professional and personal life to serving others.

Before starting a career in real estate, Kim was a dental assistant for 19 years. She parlayed her commitment to providing quality service into her real estate business.

Kim takes pride in her ability to build relationships with, and educate first-time home buyers. She joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020 to expand her reach into the first-time home buyer market. Voted one of the best real estate agents by Honolulu Magazine and a recipient of multiple Aloha ‘Aina nominations, Kim consistently delivers five-star customer service and bolsters an already impressive family of real estate professionals.

When she’s not helping her clients find the home of their dreams, you’ll find Kim helping out at her husband’s family restaurant in Wahiawa, training their young Rottweilers, and raising her two daughters. Caring for a child with special needs for the past two decades, Kim has learned the patience, understanding, and compassion to ensure the success and growth of others.
