About Me

Beth Chang is an experienced real estate professional who knows results matter whether you’re representing a home buyer or seller. She is a true testament to her ability in business and effective at encouraging trust and enthusiasm among her clients. Known widely for her professionalism and real estate knowledge, she has built her business throughout the Hawaiian Islands with a specialty focus in the Oahu luxury market.

For over 30 years, Beth has been able to continually produce results in a changing and always competitive market. 2006 was a phenomenal year for Beth as she adding to her list of achievements. In recognition of her 2006 performance, Beth earned membership into Coldwell Banker’s prestigious Society of Excellence. She was the first in Hawaii to obtain this award and is one of only 123 agents that qualifi ed for this prestigious award out of 116,080 Coldwell Banker agents nationwide. Furthermore for the past eight years, Beth has also received Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier Award.

In addition to her national accomplishments, Beth was awarded by Honolulu fi rm Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as a International President’s Premier and Top Producer Volume King Street office and Company for 2010. Coldwell Banker Pacifi c Properties has fi ve offi ces on Oahu and over 400 agents. The Honolulu Board of Realtors’ with their 6,000 membership of realtors also recognized her production and placed Beth within the top 20 agents for the past fi fteen years. In 2012 Beth was in the top 1% of all Coldwell Banker locally and nationally and was awarded the prestigious “Founder’s Award”, which award has been given to only 1 other person since the inception of the company. This award is given to an agent that best exemplifies “the foundation which our company represents, demonstrating a positive spirit, a high degree of professionalism and lives our Core Values daily”. And, she has been awarded on three occasions the “Agent’s Agent” award, which is voted on by her fellow agents and is given to an agent “whom you would most like to be like.”

Beth has been a panel member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee for the Honolulu Board of Realtors for a total of six years. This panel hears arbitration and ethic disputes from members of the public as well as agents and Brokers. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Beth was a paralegal for a law firm in San Francisco and brings to her real estate career and a strong background in contracts and problem solving.

Beth brings the same intensity to all areas of her life. Among her many pastimes is a passion for ball room dance; and prior to the long hours in real estate was an active participant in our local Community Theatre. She also enjoys her two King Charles Cavaliers and traveling with her husband, when time allows.
