About Me

In the Hawaii market, few agents have Greg's expertise and knowledge of properties on all the islands: Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawaii (the Big Island) and especially Molokai. He is as comfortable handling multi-million-dollar estate sales for international buyers as he is at guiding first-time buyers through the process of home buying.

Born and raised on Oahu and educated at Hawaii Baptist Academy and the University of Hawaii, Greg has been involved in the real estate industry for over a quarter century. He has earned a reputation not only for negotiating and guiding challenging transactions, but also in maintaining relationships after the sale. His list of clients include many repeat buyers, and referrals that have come from all over the world.

A devoted father, Greg divides his off-time between his twin 16-year-old children, his passion for boating, and music. He is an avid student of slack key guitar, and has served on the Board of Directors of the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame and the Waikiki Yacht Club, as well as the Lyon Arboretum. As a lifelong member of the Waikiki Yacht Club and an expert on inter-island sailing, Greg has made over 300 crossings to Maui, Molokai, Hawaii and Kauai. He has also sailed professionally and has delivered boats to the West Coast and Mexico, as well as having taught sailing classes for 12 years.
