About Me

Bev began her real estate career back in 1981, had 3 wonderful children in the next 7 years so she was not very active in the business until 1989. She also worked as a Financial Analyst at Queens Medical Center from 1982 to 1999. Bev got her degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii in 1977and got her Real Estate Broker's license in 1996 after spending 5 years as a sales agent with Century 21 Realty Specialists. She has been an active member of the independent agents' group known as RNO (Realtors Networking on Oahu), received her designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtors' Institute (GRI) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations during her 26 years in the business. Bev's Rentals & Sales and now Bev's Realty are the names of her business during the course of her career.Bev is also a foreclosure commissioner and speaks Cantonese as a second language. Bev is passionate about her work and works almost 24/7 to make her clients happy.
