PATRICIA CASE grew up in Hawaii Kai and is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. Patricia attended Sacred Hearts Academy and then Punahou School, where she was the recipient of the coveted Principal’s Award. A decided entrepreneur, Patricia elected to attend the University of Hawaii at Manoa so that she could finance her own college education, which she did by working full-time as a paralegal while still carrying a full load as an honors student. Patricia also participated in extracurricular activities, being a member of the Student Body Government and the Gamma Chi Sigma Sorority.
After graduating from the U.H. with High Honors, Patricia went on to attend one of the Nation’s top five law schools, the University of California at Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law. Patricia again paid her own way by working at law firms and winning scholarship and financial awards.
Upon graduating from UC Berkeley Law School, Patricia clerked at Cades Schutte and then worked at Goodsill, Anderson, Quinn & Stifel, two of the best and most prestigious law firms in the State of Hawaii.
After several years of practice, Patricia took some time off after the birth of her first son James. While awaiting the arrival of her second son David, Patricia decided to join her mother Grace Moon in the practice of real estate. Within a few short years, Patricia and Grace were top-producing Realtors at the then premier real estate firm of Bradley Properties.
After a couple of years, Patricia and Grace decided to form their own boutique firm, Case Properties International. They specialized in the representation of upscale properties and Honolulu’s professional community.
Patricia and Grace went on to set record sales Islandwide in neighborhoods as diverse as Nuuanu, Manoa, Waialae Iki, Hawaii Loa Ridge, Hawaii Kai, Lanikai, Kailua, and Kaneohe.
As a testament to her consistent top sales production, Patricia was inducted into Hawaii Business Magazine’s Realtor Hall of Fame, confirming her position as a proven Industry leader.
Patricia credits her success to being able to achieve the goals of her clients, whom she values as extended “Ohana”. Well-regarded for her superior market knowledge, negotiating skills and ability to bring parties together, Patricia offers her clients an unbeatable combination of local expertise together with a tech-savvy global reach.
