I am very excited to help clients purchase a new home to enjoy or sell a home that has served them well.  Providing advice & quality information to help clients make smart decisions in the biggest, most personal of their transactions gives me great joy.  Buying or selling a home isn't just about an investment, most importantly, it is a lifestyle.

Hawaii is a paradise, but the cost of housing is a challenge.  I love assisting people establish future financial security with homeownership.

With a background in business, I also enjoy "crunching the numbers" and seeking the most optimal & appropriate investment opportunities for those using real estate as an investment platform.

This is more than a business for me, it's a passion.  It can be a nerve wracking process for buyers, sellers, & investors, but I'm committed to guide & advise my clients through the whole process.  I even work to make it fun and exciting.  I feel the prospects for the future are great for those I work with.
