About Me

Seiko Ono is passionate about helping her clients realize their real estate dreams, a fact that has propelled her to consistently produce in the top 1% to 3% of REALTORS on Oahu!

Born and educated in Japan, Seiko is skilled at providing special attention to her Japanese client base who appreciate the extra help as well as her in-depth understanding of the real estate market, what factors drive market changes and when and where to buy real estate.

Seiko's market expertise covers all of Oahu and includes clients in all tiers of the market. Her clients are so happy that they soon become raving fans - a fact that causes over 70% of her business to come from client referrals. Since Seiko works with a large amount of friends and family she does not hesitate to treat every transaction as if it were her own. Her clients often report that they have had the best real estate experience ever and Seiko is their REALTOR for life!

Among her many achievements, Seiko was named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, an honor reserved for an exclusive group of top producers.

Prior to beginning in real estate in 1995, Seiko was as a nurse for 4 years at Toranomon Hospital in Tokyo. She moved to Hawaii in 1990 to attend school and graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. Prior to becoming a full time REALTOR, she also spent time residing in both California and Texas.

Seiko works with her husband, Rich van Bodegom. Rich owns his own Mortgage Brokerage company, Oahu Real Estate Mortgages, and is a former CPA.
