Aloha!

My name is Tharranne "Thar" McCue. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I spent most of my life growing up on Oahu's Westside - Makakilo / Kapolei and Ewa Beach. I raised all of my children in Makakilo / Kapolei. So I've witnessed Kapolei develop into what it has become today - From sugarcane fields to Oahu's 2nd City. I lived in the Philippines for 18 months as a youth. Yes, I am Filipino. I am also Japanese and Caucasian. Being from Hawaii - It's pretty common to have family and friends with mixed ethnicities, as I have. I also lived in Wahiawa / Mililani and Waikiki briefly as a youth.

Having the "Aloha" spirit has always come naturally for me. My very friendly and humble personality has allowed me to get along with everyone I have come across. The one thing I have learned in my Real Estate business is - Being a great listener. I take the time to truly understand my client's goals in life and in Real Estate. I have been so blessed to have met and helped so many individuals and families create or enhance the lifestyle that they desired thru Real Estate.

I have over 27 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service; 20 of those years include Real Estate Sales. I have also worked in the Tourism Industry for over 7 years, which has given me the opportunity to work with a diversified amount of people from all over the world. Coming from a mixed ethnicity has allowed me to experience many different cultures growing up. So working with a diverse amount of people from all over the world comes very easily for me.

In this fast and competitive market, it’s important to work with an experienced Agent with great negotiating skills. I take the time to truly listen and understand the motivation and reasons my client's want to buy, sell, or invest. This helps me to better negotiate on their behalf. Negotiating includes developing a good repor with the other Agent and understand their client's motivation to buy or sell. I am a very honest Agent, who always puts my client’s best interest forward at all times. I will give you my honest opinion and advice, even if it means I won't be able to make a sale. Making a sale is not my priority, especially if it isn't helping my clients improve or enhance their lives or lifestyle.

Being a Homeowner is a great accomplishment. For most people - Purchasing a home is the biggest investment they will ever make in their lives. I love being a part of helping individuals and families accomplish that.
