Hiromi enjoys working with her clients and providing a high level of service for them. Her service background comes from her experience with Chanel Sales, United Airlines and Sheraton Hotels Customer Service and as part owner of two Japanese restaurants in Sydney, Australia.

Hiromi was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She lived in Sydney, Australia for 5 years before moving to Honolulu in 1989. Her interests include hiking, going to the gym, stand up paddling with her family and taking her two dogs for a walk.
