About Me

Sean began his real estate career in 2004 as a sales agent in Honolulu Hawaii. As a native of Oahu, Sean offers his clients local knowledge of East, Metro and Windward Oahu neighborhoods. When representing sellers, Sean’s success comes from a combination of preparedness, creativity and a proven marketing approach. “There really is only one chance to make a good first impression, which is critical in obtaining top-dollar.” When representing buyers, Sean places top value on good old-fashion hard work. “Some buyers know exactly what they want. Other buyers need options they never knew existed. Either way, I need to know the inventory to match them to their ideal home” Having lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for three years, and Las Vegas for one, Sean gained perspective of life away from the Islands. “It’s no secret Hawaii is a great place to call home, but having lived elsewhere gave me so many additional reasons to appreciate this place even further”
