About Me

Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Nicole Mariani earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, and her Master of Arts in Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Nicole worked in education and specialized in helping students with disabilities. The opportunity to work with such a diverse group of students and parents ultimately helped Nicole fine tune her ability to quickly grasp and understand their wants and needs, and she parlayed this experience into her real estate career.

Nicole joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020 because of the company’s robust marketing resources and sales philosophy. She also believed the company’s services before, during, and after the sale seamlessly aligned with her own.

As an agent, Nicole believes in being there for her clients through every step of the real estate transaction. Her mantra “Together With You Every Step of the Way,” is the foundation of her professional philosophy, and she never fails to pay close attention to her client's needs, maintain a solid knowledge of the marketplace, and provide exceptional communication to ensure her clients are happy and content with her services whether they are buying or selling real estate.

While Nicole has bought and sold properties across all of the Hawaiian islands, she specializes from East to West and Metro Honolulu areas.
