About Me

Ali Ban has been a licensed Realtor since 2012, and Broker since 2016. Prior to becoming Broker-in-Charge at 20 Degrees North Real Estate, she previously worked at Locations and Redfin.

Ali is a consistent top producer in the O'ahu real estate market with over 360 career transactions as of 2024. She received the Honolulu Board of Realtors' Aloha A'ina award in 2020 and gives all glory to God for guiding her career. Ali's faith dictates her love and service for her clients' best interests--whether they complete a sale or not. Her goal is to care for her clients before, during, and long after a real estate transaction.

In 2024, Ali published her first book: "The God Layer: Faith Lessons in Real Estate." She is currently writing a second book of encouragement, this time for home sellers and buyers.
