I am passionate about helping first-time home buyers achieve their dream of home ownership. Having experience as a business owner, real estate investor, and home owner myself, I strongly believe in real estate investments and want to use my knowledge and expertise to help my clients increase their wealth.

I am fluent in English, Tagalog, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese. Having resided in Hawaii for over 27 years and being well-versed in the local, Chinese, and Filipino cultures, affords my clients an edge in this extremely competitive market. I am able to work and communicate well with buyers, sellers, agents, escrow officers, and lenders, etc. from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
