About Me

Jason was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Vancouver, Canada. Upon graduation with economics major, his first taste of career building was in banking and finance industry. Under the endorsement of senior management, Jason completed his MBA degree with focus on negotiation. In 2004, Jason decided to enter the real estate industry with his entrepreneurial spirit.

Within a few years of real estate practice, Jason earned numerous top sales awards (Centurion, Diamond, Emerald and Ruby) from Century 21. While being a full time real estate marketer, Jason funded a few tech startups and he also did coding as pastime to keep current with the tech world.

In 2008, Jason was offered to live and work in the Land of Paradise – Hawaii; an offer that Jason was delighted to accept. After a few years of successful C-level executive career, Jason decided to switch gears and enter commercial real estate with CBRE. Jason worked on all facets of commercial activities from retail, office to industrial services. He enjoyed working collaboratively with his clients and peers on problem solving and project marketing. Nevertheless, the desire of marketing residential properties was still Jason’s main passion. Upon reaching that conclusion, Jason affiliated with Century 21 again.

Being a native speaker of both English and Chinese, Jason is able to help sellers to capitalize the most of their real estate investment without language and cultural barriers in handling foreign interests.

Jason is an active member in Sogetsu Ikebana Hawaii Chapter, a classically trained piano hobbyist, a Southern-Italy immersed culinary creator, a Northern-Italy professionally-trained interior decorator, a work-in-progress fitness pupil, and a globetrotter - Australia, Bali (Indonesia), Belgium, Botswana, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, China, Easter Island (Chile), Ecuador, Egypt, France, French Polynesia, Galapagos Islands (Ecuador), Laos, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Latvia, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Namibia, Netherlands, North Korea, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Syria, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zimbabwe...
