Ayla's achievements include being nominated for the Honolulu Board of Realtors Aloha Ai'na Realtor in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Ayla graduated Magna Cum Laude from Methodist University in North Carolina with a BA double major in Organizational Communication and Leadership as well as Spanish. She focused on negotiation skills and completed Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" Workshop. Ayla attended University of Lima in Peru, South America, where she is a candidate for a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Television, and Organizational Communication. Ayla later received a Paralegal Studies certification from Duke University concentrating in Real Estate Law. Ayla furthered her education by becoming certified as an Accredited Staging Professional by StagedHomes the leader in home staging in the world.

Ayla understands firsthand the challenges of relocation and the needs of military buyers and sellers. Having obtained the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP), allowed her to round out her skills and knowledge of the process and procedures involved in a military relocation and how these impact service members' relocation and housing choices. Furthermore, as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an At Home With Diversity designee, Ayla is prepared to work with international clients. Additionally, as a Pricing Strategy Advisor, Ayla is able to establish the best strategy for selling or buying a property. She recently obtained her certification as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) to round off her skill with Hawaii's resort communities and second home buyers and sellers.

Ayla understands the numerous intangible benefits of life on Oahu with its unmatched weather, culture, and diversity. A mother of three children, a rescue dog and two cats; her family means the world to her. She attends mass, enjoys bible study, watching HGTV, going out for walks and hikes, and spending time with her family. Ayla loves the ocean and the beach. She is a constant learner and enjoys attending classes to help her grow as a person, spiritually, and as a professional.
