About Me

Rachel Ross is a creative, energetic real estate agent, writer, and marketing expert with over eighteen years of professional experience and a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence.

Rachel grew up in Hawaii Kai and graduated from Punahou School. She has a bachelor’s of science from UC Berkeley and her diverse career history includes real estate sales, environmental consulting, and years in public relations and marketing. While handling public relations and marketing for some of Hawaii’s largest real estate developers, Rachel played a key role in creating communities and residences in Honolulu to meet the need for more homes for kama’aina.

Rachel's strong understanding of our local market is based on her development experience combined with her passions for real estate and for connecting people. She specializes in East Oahu real estate.

A two-time Ironman Age Group World Champion and sub-three hour marathon runner, Rachel is a competitor at heart. Running daily since age 15, Rachel has long watched properties be built, revitalized, and sold on the roads of East Oahu, often finishing a long training run up with an hour researching the properties she’d seen along the way. She puts the same drive and discipline into her work meeting the real estate needs of her clients.
