About Me

As a homeowner and year-round resident of Oahu for over thirty years, Joan Eva Atamian knows the islands, the wide range of properties and all the special places on the islands from a local's perspective. From the moment she first set foot in Hawaii, Joan Eva was enchanted by this magical place. To this day, and every day, she is still awed by the spectacular natural beauty and serenity of Hawaii; and can’t imagine living anywhere else. With such spectacular sunsets, sunrises, incredible weather, and relaxed atmosphere, living in Hawaii is truly a dream come true!

In addition to her real estate salespersons license, Joan Eva has earned several nationally recognized certifications from the National Association of REALTORS. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and a Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS).
