Margie holds a degree in Business Administration, Accounting degree from Heald College Honolulu. Together with her education and her previous work experience in both sales and accounting Margie has gained the business acumen needed to be a trusted professional advisor to her clients. This includes having a deep understanding of how the markets function and explaining to her clients the market impact on their real estate choices and watching over their contracts and transaction timelines in a meticulous manner to make sure they nothing goes awry and the transaction is as smooth as butter.

Margie has lived in Honolulu for more than 20 years and currently lives in the city of Kapolei. She is a mother of a five years old daughter who has captured her heart and soul. Margie loves to cook, travel and most importantly to spend time with her family and friends. Margie believes that her clients deserve an advocate who keeps up with changes in the industry and is professionally trained. That is why Margie choose to attend Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ New Agent Training Program and attends training and development classes every week run by her companies’ Principal Broker and Brokers in Charge.
