About Me

Peer brings to his clients over 20 years experience buying and selling properties on Oahu for his own investment. He started with a small 2 bedroom/1 bath condo in Mo’ili’li and through a series of transactions, has used the equity from each to reinvest in more expensive and larger properties. Peer believes the key to his success is identifying properties that are a great value and thereby have good potential for appreciating in the long run. “I think that it is important when buying a property, that the purchaser keep in mind not only what he or she wants to do with the current property but how the purchase fits in to the client’s long term goals.” Even though Peer has been successful with his investments, he realizes that buying and selling real estate is a very personal decision and that each individual has his or her own goals in each transaction.
