About Me

Paul J. Roy has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 1993 specializing in sales, new construction, brokerage management and real estate training. His business passion is helping others accomplish their goals.

In 1993, he left his government job with great pay and benefits to start his own Real Estate career in Tri-Cities, Washington for Coldwell Banker. He quickly found success in the industry becoming the Rookie of the Year and for 7 years was in the Top 1% for his marketplace Specializing in New Construction and Development. In 2005, transferred from sales to real estate brokerage management and training.

As a REALTOR® for 28 years, Paul holds a number of professional designations representing various disciplines within the real estate profession. To include,Real Estate Sales, Training, Brokerage Management, and Principal Broker and Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker. Joining Corcoran Pacific Properties in Jan 2020, as a Broker in Charge of Agent Development. He was certified instructor in the State of Washington and Hawaii.

Paul is married to his wife Rebecca (Reba). Since their families, children, and grandchildren all live in the mainland, their favorite activities away from work is traveling to visit or hosting on Kauai their friends and family.
