About Me

Erica Yoon is a multi-talented Real Estate Advisor licensed in Texas and Hawaii. She speaks English, Korean, and Japanese, and she has a diverse background that helps her bring the highest level of service to her clients. Erica obtained her Master's degree in Education and taught language at college for many years before she became an agent. She relocated to many places while her husband served in the military, and she and her husband invested in real estate whenever they moved to a new place. Experiencing the benefits of the real estate investment, she wanted to help others who needed help with their investment choices in real estate industry. Ever since then, real estate has become her passion, and she has found tremendous joy by helping others navigate their dreams and solving problems for them. She founded her team, Ace Team Hawaii, and grew the production of the team rapidly and ranked as top 1% in the State of Hawaii. She has expertise in military or civilian relocation, listing services, and real estate investment. Her goal is to create a lifelong relationship with her clients by providing genuine help and guidance for them.
