About Me

Hal Wilkerson with Hawaii Property Advisors has actively invested in and personally bought and sold Real Estate in Hawaii since 2009 including long-term rentals. Additionally, Hal has been the President of his 1,200 home Homeowners Association, Mehana, in Kapolei, since 2010 and remains an active member of the community and is considered by his peers, an expert on properties in West Oahu including Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Ko'olina, Makakilo and Waipahu and Waipio.

A former Naval Aviator and decorated Naval Officer, Hal has over 1,000 hours of tactical jet time and over 200 traps on Aircraft Carriers in the US Navy and previously served as a Naval Aviation Liaison Officer to the Pacific Air Forces at Joint Base Hickam-Pearl Harbor.

Following his career in the US Navy, Hal managed the business for a Major Medical Supplier in the Pacific Rim growing their business five-fold in nine years before moving into the Real Estate business full-time.
