About Me

My name is Valeriano “Val” Martin. Most people call me Val. I was born and raised on the island of Oahu but have also been a resident of Maui for the past 23 years. I go back and forth between Oahu and Maui weekly so I know both islands very well, especially the good surf spots. Before I got into Real Estate, I was in the Fire Department for 29 years on the islands of Oahu and Maui. Throughout my career, I held positions as a Fire Fighter, Fire Inspector, Fire Captain, Battalion Chief, and retiring in 2019 as an Assistant Fire Chief on the island of Maui. I have always loved and enjoyed helping others and serving our community. After I retired, I wanted to use the experience and knowledge I obtained from living and working in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Although I recently got my real estate license, I have been assisting my real estate team for the past 2 years. I am very knowledgeable about the markets on Oahu and Maui. My real estate team has over 20 years of experience so you are in good hands. We are excellent negotiators and take the time to understand our clients needs before we start the process of buying or selling. I understand how busy and stressful life can get and moving makes it even harder.  I work with a great team to help make that process as smooth as possible.
