About Me

Kekoa has been active in real estate since he was in college. In fact, he majored in Account and minored in Real Estate and Marketing. He received his MBA(Masters in Business Administration) Degree from Hawaii Pacific University and his MATL (Masters in Transformational Leadership) Degree from Bethel University.

Kekoa purchased his first home during his senior year in college as a house-hack and made $500 in cash flow off of his 5 college buddies who rented rooms. He sold the home one year later for a profit. He was hooked! This began a life-long passion to build, renovate, hold and sell homes and properties. He became a licensed realtor and was active in real estate development by the age of 21.

On a day-to-day basis Keko spreads his time between the five companies that he co-owns: Lwin-Nemoto Investment Group - the fix and flip company; Team Kekoa Real Estate - a concierge real estate team of agents for investors by investors; KECO Capital - a specialty hardmoney lender; Elevation Construction - a licensed, general contractor; and, Pacific Rim Property Management - property management and consulting for investors.

Kekoa lives in Honolulu, Seattle and Las Vegas. While real estate is his focus, fitness is his passion. Kekoa is a ISSA certified personal trainer who loves working out and enjoys training other athletes. His favorite past-time is to jump in his motorhome with his family and head to new cities across the country!
