The Honolulu Board of REALTORS® supports efforts that increase opportunities for local residents to become homeowners. We’ve partnered with the Hawaii HomeOwnership Center (HHOC) to offer the HOPE Homebuyer Education Program, which helps consumers get on the path to homeownership.

How to receive the courtesy discount
- Work with a member of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and indicate your referring REALTOR®’s name on your application to receive our discount.
- Kamehameha Schools Resource Center (KSBE), Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA), Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL): Indicate "NH" as the referring REALTOR®/Agency (page 6 of application) if you learned about our HOPE Program from one of these agencies.
