About Me

David Chiou (RA) is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management-Marketing.

As a graduate of N.C. State he was an active member in American Marketing Association (AMA) which focuses on the teachings and practices of all aspects of business marketing. It was at this time that David worked with companies around the Greater Raleigh area to help collaborate new marketing awareness for its clients, and has carried his expertise to the real estate world on Oahu.

In 2009, David joined Doug Davis Realty and shortly won Rookie of the Year honors, and has since been one of the top producing agents in Honolulu area helping clients with 20+ transactions in 2011. He has been one of the most active real estate agents on the island working with clients from buying little condotel investments in Waikiki to helping clients sell luxury multi million dollar properties.

Knowledgeable in all areas of the island, David has help guide clients buy & sell condos, land, & single family homes in virtually all areas of Oahu ranging from Waianae, Mililani, Ewa Beach, Kailua, North Shore, Waikiki, and etc. Not only is he knowledgeable of the market, but prides himself on the negotiation process of properties for clients & the study of various zoning laws here on Oahu.

Bilingual in both Chinese and English, David has excellent relations and long connections with clients around the world, as far as Japan and as close to the U.S. as Canada. David is committed to excellent customer service to these clients and with his outstanding knowledge in the process of buying and selling properties; he has established himself as a great new comer in the real estate industry on Oahu.
