Born and raised on Oahu, Michael graduated from Punahou School (1990) and the University of Hawaii Manoa with a BA & PD in Education with a minor in Economics. He has spent the past 46 years experiencing the multitude of changes within his island home as well as gaining a deep understanding of the different dynamics that each neighborhood provides.
