About Me

Patrick grew up in Honolulu, graduated from The Kamehameha Schools, and earned a Hotel Management degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

While in Las Vegas, he developed a passion for real estate and purchased his first home.

Working various resorts and casinos, throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia, he learned the importance of strong communication, and how to deliver the best in five-star customer service.

After working for The Ritz-Carlton in Las Vegas, he followed the luxury brand to Washington, D.C., where he learned from one of the most dynamic sales teams in the business. He then entered the field of residential property management, led sales teams at multiple Class A communities, and earned an, "Sales Associate of the Quarter," award, among 100+ competitors.

He later moved into a District Sales Manager role, where his experience in marketing, contract negotiation, and working efficiently with third party vendors proved successful.

He later purchased his second home in Washington, D.C.

Now back home, in Honolulu, he looks forward to helping you find your dream home.
