About Me

With over 15 years of investing and developing Oahu residential real estate part-time, I have decided to formalize my skills and knowledge and partner with the fastest growing real estate brokerage in the State. My husband Art has four decades of building and remodeling experience. He and I have become experts in assessing properties, seeing and then realizing their return potential, and estimating remodel and new construction costs over several market cycles.

Because of my experience with investing in and tracking the residential market on the windward side, especially Kailua and Kaneohe, I can help you position your property for the best price in the market, and also help you decide what improvements to make that will increase your sales price.
